TULA Shoes to Spaceships is not your typical science program. We will take learners on a journey through the evolution of transportation that spans millennia. We will unravel the fascinating history behind the ways humans have moved on land, sea, in the sky, and even beyond the stars.
During this adventure, learners will not just learn about science; they will become scientists themselves, engaging in experiments that demystify the science behind our modes of transportation.
Along the way, they will develop curiosity and embrace a growth mindset as they tackle scientific challenges. They will also sharpen their critical thinking and organization skills as they embark on crafting their improvised models of transportation technology.
At the end of the program, learners will have a chance to present at the TULA Transport Science Fair, where they will showcase their newfound knowledge and presentation skills.
It is more than just a program; it is a journey of discovery and innovation that will leave young minds eager to explore the world around them.
