In return, we hope you can commit to being a responsible learner of the Level Up! Completers Club by attending your online classes and participating well to the best of your abilities.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE TULA COACHES?

CAN I CHANGE MY CLASS SCHEDULE?
Your chosen class schedule will be your schedule for the entire program. We suggest you choose a timeslot you can commit to in the next ten weeks.
WHEN WILL CLASSES BE CANCELLED?
You can join up to 30 minutes after the class starts. If you arrive within this timeframe, your coach can let you in. However, you can request a make-up class if you miss this window.
Only two situations will lead to class cancellations: (1) natural disasters such as tropical storms, earthquakes, or volcanic eruptions, and (2) most public holidays when the local government cancels work in government offices. The class' official messenger group will communicate any emergency or urgent announcements.
