TULA Cultural Artists WILL empower learners to believe in their creativity and its power to effect change.

Throughout this program, learners will explore the origin and cultural significance of different art forms. They will also develop curiosity and appreciation for diverse cultures. Learners will also practice grit in creating their art pieces and resilience in improving their work as they create art inspired by various cultures.
